Please note, our ferry departs from the Red Jetty at Keppel Bay Marina. As you turn off the scenic highway, you will come to a mini roundabout. You need to take the first exit towards Keppel Bay Marina and as you drive down past the car park with boat trailers, the first right has a little Keppel Konnections A-board. If you are unloading luggage, you can drive straight into the dirt loading area and unload your luggage under the yellow shade cloth.

Please check in to our green ticket booth prior to boarding. Your crew will invite you to board when they're ready. Arriving less than 15 minutes prior to departure may result in your seat being resold.

Plesae note, the ferry will arrived 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. The crew will need to unload passengers travelling over and their luggage and reload departure luggage before allowing you to board. Please follow the instructions of our crew at all times.

Our whale watching tours depart from the same spot as all return transfers. Please check in still at the green ticket booth at the top of the red jetty. 

Please note, Sunday's tour does a collection from the island and returns by about 2:30pm.
