Each tour lasts for 3 hours, with a light lunch included, please check in 30 minutes prior to departure. Dietary requirements must be notified 48hrs before departure. Extra services may be available subject to demand.

All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions in the interest of passenger safety.

Whilst we do our best to help our passengers see the most majestic creatures on earth we can't guarantee a sighting on every trip. If for some reason you didn't see a whale on your trip we would only be to happy to give you a return transfer to Great Keppel Island. 

Should the company be forced to cancel or alter cruises our liability is limited to offering an alternative cruise or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid.
